The hard part is knowing what to do with it.
The leaders I teach are capable people with full plates. They are being sold to from every direction, asked to make decisions before anyone has given them the language, and expected to explain to their people what AI means for their jobs. The real questions are operational: where does this apply in how we run things, what do we do first, what is real and what is a demo, and where is the risk.
Underneath all of it sits a harder truth. AI readiness is a workflow question. Placing AI on top of the way work gets done today automates the mess. A workforce becomes ready for AI when its leaders look hard at how the work actually gets done, question every step, and redesign the workflow so AI has a real place in it. That is change management work, and it comes first.
Five moves, in the simplest terms.
-
01
Make change ordinary again
Change is the most normal thing a society does. What is new is the speed. People who see change as ordinary stop being afraid of it, and people who stop being afraid can learn.
-
02
See where it is headed
AI first, humanoid robotics next, quantum computing underneath. You place your organization on that map and plan from there.
-
03
Understand the work surface
People, AI, and machines working on the same systems toward the same goals, and what that means for roles and management.
-
04
Put your hands on it
Short lessons on the tools you already have, worked live on something real from your own plate.
-
05
Redesign before you adopt
Pick one workflow. Map how it really runs. Decide what changes so AI fits and your people come with you.
Learn it on your own work, at your own altitude.
Whether you run a team, a function, or the company, the private work is the same shape: your tools, your real problems, and a plan you can carry on without me. Scoped and priced by conversation.
The AI Fluency Engagement
Three private working sessions. The first builds your foundation and reviews the tools and workflows you already have. The second takes a real challenge off your plate and works it with you. In the third, you lead and I confirm you can do it on your own. You leave with a workflow assessment, recommendations written for your role, and an action plan.
Executive AI Advisory
For the senior leader who has to make AI decisions in public: what to tell the board, what to buy, what to stop, what to say to your people. Private monthly working sessions, support between them, and a standing quarterly review. Built around one executive.
The Sprint
A single focused working session for one decision or one stuck task. The fastest way in, and the way past clients keep sharp after an engagement ends.
Live virtual classes any individual can join.
Sheriece hosts live classes online. They are designed for busy professionals who want to learn AI on their own schedule, with hands-on practice, resources to keep, and something concrete to use in their own work the same week. You sign up as yourself. There is no company or group to organize.
Ninety minutes, live, small group
You bring one real task from your own plate and work it with Sheriece while the class is together. You leave with your AI tool set up on your own device, that task finished, and the judgment to know when to rely on it.
Resources you keep and use
Guides and prompts you keep, a repeatable way of working, and changes you can make to how you get work done with AI right away, for yourself and inside your organization.
Periodic, and priced so people can say yes
Classes run periodically, with monthly as the goal. Each one is priced for individuals. The AI Fluency Brunch and Learn is one of them, and the format changes with the topic. Dates go to the list first, then out on social.
Private classes designed for your organization.
Two ways to begin: bring in the Executive's Guide to AI, or start with an assessment and a program built from it. Delivered in the room or online.
The Executive's Guide to AI
The SuperPose Future of Work signature class, delivered since 2025. Sixty to ninety minutes, brought to a leadership team of five or an all-hands of a thousand. Leaders leave with shared vocabulary, a clear picture of the shift, and a way to talk about it with their people.
Custom AI learning
The work starts with an assessment: where your people are, how your work actually flows, and where AI belongs in it. The program is then designed to fit that.
The classes on this page are the first rooms of something larger.
A curriculum is taking shape here: a path with prerequisites, from the basics through to the room where the strategy gets set, for people who need the vocabulary, the concepts, and the decision language of this era before the gap hardens further. The list below is where it will be announced first.
Anyone who has been meaning to get to this.
- Leaders who have to speak to AI decisions without a technical background
- Leadership teams that need one shared picture before they spend
- Managers whose company bought the tools and left them to figure it out
- Professionals whose work is changing faster than their training did
- Associations, chambers, churches, and member groups bringing AI to their people
- Anyone who has opened an AI tool, stared at it, and closed it again
Hear about the next class first.
Dates, seats, and the founding rate go to this list before they are posted anywhere else. If you want a private engagement or a class inside your organization, say so and I will reply personally.
